Many independent beginner perfumers don't know which materials to buy and focus on. What should the priority be?
Lack of guidance results in buying advanced ingredients that are not necessary for beginners and in focusing on smelling, evaluating, and remembering materials that are not often used.
This can lead to failing to create popular/main olfactory effects.
So, I decided to collect the essential 150 perfume materials.
* The list is prepared for creating fine fragrances.
* This list is made based on my coaching experience and the detection of the most used materials in modern perfumes.
